Why do I need insurance?
We all face some sort of risk on a daily basis. These are unforeseen and unpredictable events that can result in liability to you or loss or damage to your assets. The risks we want to avoid or insure against are those that we cannot recover from based on our savings and personal support system and would require us to borrow from a third party lender which will result in financial hardship. This is why insurance is an important instrument to protect ourselves against unexpected events such as accidents, fire, severe weather, theft and so much more. Insurance protects you against a financial setback and helps restore you to the position you were before the event.
Can I determine my excess?
Yes, absolutely. Everything.Insure aims for flexibility and tries to put the power in your hands. One of our unique features, is that we allow you to choose a unique excess for each insured item. So, if you are confident in your low risk status, then there is a big discount in store for you.
How do I login?
If you go to www.everything.insure, you will see login in the top right side of the screen.

Will I be charged immediately when I select Pay Now when signing up?
No, you will not be charged immediately.
You will be charged on the 1st day of each month as this is when our debit orders run for all policies. All premiums are paid ahead for the next month. Example: You will be charged on 1 February for February's insurance cover.
Included in your first debit may be pro-rata charges should you choose a start date other than the 1st day of the month and your next months premium in full.
Example:
If your premium is R1000 per month and you select the 25th of January start date on your policy, your first month debit will be as follows:
Pro-rata: R1000 / 31 Days in January = R32.26 per day. & days pro-rata charges will be R225.82
February Premium: R1000
Total debit on 1 February = R1225.82
Do I need a profile to get a quote?
No, you don't need a profile to get a quote. Simply click on get a quote and follow the steps.
You will only create a profile once you have an active policy.
Where can I find my policy schedule and other policy documents?
These are all found on your policy on Everything Central.
Go to www.everything.insure.central
- Login with your profile details and input the OTP that will be sent to you
- Once you login, you will be taken to your Dashboard
- Click on Policies in the menu
- Click on the Policy you would like to open
- Once the policy is open on the Overview page, click on the Resources tab in the menu
- On Resources, you will find all the documents related to your policy
You are able to Open, Print and Download to PDF all of these documents.
How does pro rata work?
Included in your first debit may be pro-rata charges should you choose a start date other than the 1st day of the month and your next months premium in full.
Example:
If your premium is R1000 per month and you select the 25th of January start date on your policy, your first month debit will be as follows:
Pro-rata: R1000 / 31 Days in January = R32.26 per day. & days pro-rata charges will be R225.82
February Premium: R1000
Total debit on 1 February = R1225.82
How do I go about cancelling my insurance?
It is very easy to cancel without experiencing any penalty. All you have to do is advise us of the exact date you want to cancel. You can do this by calling us, emailing us or doing it yourself online. Please note, we will need to ensure that this is a valid instruction from you, so some verification may be required.
